During my tenancy renewal Mr. Moustafa from customer service counter 4 was very polite, professional, and helpful. His respectful attitude made the process smooth and pleasant.
Last year, I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members at Savills Real Estate LLC, Sharjah. He was extremely rude and aggressive over the phone, which was quite unprofessional — especially considering their own policy against such behavior.
